What is Younited?

YOUNITED is an innovative fitness and wellness company based in Auckland, New Zealand, offering a unique blend of in-person and online fitness solutions. Their mission is to empower individuals on their fitness journeys through a comprehensive, personalised, and holistic approach that integrates physical activity, nutrition, mindset, and a strong sense of community. YOUNITED’s services are structured around four 10-week blocks per year, providing flexibility and ongoing motivation for members regardless of their geographical location or fitness level. The in-person 10-week block is $99 per week, while the online 10-week block is $69 per week (add-on options are available). Each week, new elements are unlocked for members to complete alongside the community in the same intake. Additionally, YOUNITED provides options for one-off training programmes or nutrition plans. Their mission is to help individuals achieve their fitness goals through a comprehensive, accessible, and engaging platform/YOUNITED app.

How does the In-Person 10-week programme work?

Click on “CHALLENGE” in the header for a comprehensive overview. If the button is unavailable, it means new details are coming and dates have yet to be released. In short, you receive 2 personal training sessions per week, 2 group sessions per week, weekly Zoom calls, access to our web app, and fortnightly check-ins. You will also need to be a member at Snap Fitness Mairangi Bay to participate.

How does the Online 10-week programme work?

Click on “CHALLENGE” for a detailed overview. If the button is unavailable, it means new details are coming and dates have yet to be released. To summarise, the online programme includes extensive onboarding where you work with our trainers and nutritionists to build your programme. Each week, you receive your training plan, access to the web app, engagement channels, and regular check-ins.

Is Younited suitable for beginners?

Yes, Younited is designed to accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. The programme can be customised to fit your specific needs and goals.

I have injuries and don’t know if I will be able to do everything on the programme. How will this work for me?

Both online and in-person programmes can accommodate injuries. This will be discussed during your onboarding and induction periods.

I have specific nutrition requirements. How does this work for me?

For all Younited members, every plan is customised to suit your specific needs based on a comprehensive onboarding questionnaire. For in-person members, you can opt for personalised nutrition for an added cost, or use our macro calculator and Younited menu to manage your nutrition.

How do I sign up for Younited?

You can sign up through our website. Simply follow the registration process and choose your desired package.

What equipment do I need?

For gym-based workouts, you'll need a valid gym membership. For home workouts, basic equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, and a mat are recommended.

How do I download the app?

Instructions will be provided to new members after purchase via your comprehensive welcome pack. .

How are the weekly plans delivered?

Each week, new training and nutrition plans are released on the app. The first week can be the most challenging as there is limited variety. We have specifically designed the programme for this! Flexibility comes with consistency.

What if I miss a workout or check-in?

Life happens, and missing a workout or check-in won’t derail your progress—but consistency is key! If you miss a session, don’t stress—just get back on track with your next scheduled workout. For check-ins, try to complete them as soon as possible so we can continue adjusting your plan and keeping you accountable. We strongly encourage weekly self check ins as we monitor these on the backend. If you're struggling, reach out—we’re here to support you!

What if I have technical issues with the app?

If you encounter any technical issues, please contact our support team via the help section in the app or email us at brie@younited.co.nz. We aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

How do I update my profile information?

You can update your profile information in the app under the 'Profile' section. Make sure to save any changes you make.

Can I change my training or nutrition plan?

Yes, if you need to adjust your training or nutrition plan, please contact your coach through the chat function in the app. They will assist you in making the necessary changes.

How do I join the community chat and Zoom calls?

You can join group Zoom calls using the Meeting ID provided on our Facebook community page. Participation is highly encouraged to stay motivated and connected. We also do live videos in the group, what's app groups and one on one check ins should the need arise.

Are there prizes for completing the programme?

We do have prizes—cash and products! 💰🎁 Throughout the year, we run challenges (visible in the CHALLENGES), and when there’s a few thousand (or more!) on the line, you know it’s game on! 🚀

That said, the real reward is your transformation—building strength, confidence, and long-term success. Keep an eye on the app and community pages for upcoming challenges—you won’t want to miss them! 😉

What happens after I complete the program?

Upon completion, you'll receive tips and guidance on maintaining your progress. You can switch between your online programmes if you wish and join challenges while you are still on a program. We can do it all ! 🙂

Can I access the programme materials after the 10 weeks?

Yes, you can retain access to the programme materials. However, access to community features like group page, Zoom calls, lives, whats ap and programme updates will only be available if you enrol in the next intake.
